4. Legal basis and purpose of processing personal data

The legal basis for processing the personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation is voluntary. The purpose of processing personal data is to contact a customer, retailers or end customer. Data is not used in any kind of automated decision making or profiling.

5. Content of the register

The data stored in the register are  data that the person puts in their form: These are at least name and email-address

The data is stored in the system unless contact person is asked to delete it.

6. Regular sources of information

Information saved in the registry are obtained directly from the customer ie. via messages sent via forms, where the customer directly sends their information to us.

Information about the contact persons of companies or other organisations could also be collected via public sources such as websites, directory services or other companies.

7. Discolsing or transferring the information outside EU or ETA

Information is not regularly disclosed to other entities than the ones addressed to the contact request via the contact form, e.g. retailers

8. Principles of Registry Protection

Processing of the register is carried out with due care and the data processed via information system is adequately protected.

9. Right to inspect and ask to correct information

Every person in the register has the right to review their data stored in the registry and to request correction of any incorrect information or the completion of the incomplete information. If a person wishes to verify the data stored about them or demand correction of it, the request must be sent in writing to the register holder. Register holder may, if necessary, request the applicant to prove their identity. Register holder shall respond to the Customer within the period stipulated by the EU Data Protection Regulation (generally, within one month).

10. Other rights relating to the handling of personal information

A person in the register has the right to request the deletion of personal data concerning them from the register. (“right to become forgotten”). Likewise, person has other rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation such as the restriction of the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests must be sent in writing to the register holder. Register holder may, if necessary, request the applicant to prove their identity. Register holder shall respond to the Customer within the period stipulated by the EU Data Protection Regulation (generallye, within one month).
